"I think you provide an excellent service which enables a small business, such as my own, to develop a good working website.

There is a huge difference between the new website that you have helped me to develop and the old one. Already I have got business, worth about £3,000, as a direct result of the recent changes.

There seems to be a very genuine will to help in your company, Andrew Allen in particular has been very patient in explaining the technicalities of the software and he always gives me the impression that nothing is too much trouble. He phones or emails back promptly and if he says he’ll do something he does it straight away.

The software is reasonably straightforward to use and the thing I like most about the whole system is that I can be in control, so, if I take a good photo of a garden in the morning, for example, it can be on the website that same afternoon. I really do like the ‘hands on’ feel of the whole thing.

The seminars that you run have been extremely informative and I have learnt a good deal about design, marketing and website optimisation as a result. Again, there is genuine will to help people succeed in their various business ventures and we all end up chatting together about how we might best proceed.

After putting much of the advice into practice my ranking on Yahoo went up to the number one position for ‘Garden Designer Oxfordshire’ and from page eight to page two on Google. I’m sure with your ongoing support that the ranking will continue to rise, so I’m looking forward to being number one and staying there! I expect I could have paid a lot of money for a web designer to achieve the same result, but it is very satisfying to know that I’ve done it myself.

Which leads to my final point because the very best thing about IRUN as far as a small company is concerned, is the unbelievably low cost. I know that you are anxious to keep businesses with you for years to come, but at £10.00 per month, the service that you offer is very good value for money and now that I’m up and running the time input should be minimal.
